After being gentle, I broke out the punch set and wrapped the bolt in leather to put it in the vise. I can get it to move about a millimeter - but then it just stops. I know it's supposed to just slide out when tension from the spring is released - but this SOB won't come out. 12 years is enough abuse for any extractor - I'm sure.Īnyway, I ordered a new spring, o-ring and extractor from Midway and when it arrived today, I broke down my BCG to make the repair - but I can't get the damned extractor pin out. It felt mushy and the tooth was very worn.so, I decided to replace it. I'm pretty brutal with this gun, so I figured it just needed a cleaning - but I found that my extractor didn't feel right. So, while shooting my Tasco red dot video - my gun stopped extracting. ![]()
